Lindani Simelane joined OPTRON in 2026 as a Geospatial Sales Consultant, based at our head office in Centurion.

He is a qualified Survey Technician with a National Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Surveying from the Tshwane University of Technology. He also holds a Remote Pilot License (RPL) and the MQA Competent A Certificate.

Lindani’s professional experience includes serving as an Assistant Survey Training Officer at the Department of Agriculture Land Reform and Rural Development, followed by four years in the mining industry as a Mine Planner. His technical expertise and industry experience enable him to deliver informed, solution-driven geospatial support to clients across various sectors.
