Dave Makumbila

Dave Makumbila joined OPTRON in 2024 as a Business Development Manager: Deformation Monitoring.

Dave is a geoscientist by training and obtained his BSc(Hons) Geology at the University of Pretoria in 2007. He has worked in both underground- and open pit mine’s geotechnical / rock engineering departments for over 16 years and has extensive experience in pit slopes design ,slope stability monitoring, hydrogeology and tunnelling.
