Gustav Fick

Gustav has been part of the OPTRON team since 2014 and currently holding the position of Product Portfolio Manager. He has a National Diploma in Surveying, obtained from the Tshwane University of Technology in 2009.

The highlight of his survey career was being part of a construction company building a multi-million dollar CIL Plant for a Mining Company in Côte d’Ivoire where Gustav was the Engineering Surveyor. He completed his Remote Pilot License in 2019 and successfully completed several flight missions with the UAV’s in the OPTRON product portfolio.

He has a passion for the survey profession and embracing the technology that is empowering the changes in the Geospatial Industry.
